Tournament Headquarters is The St. Simons Fishing Center at Morningstar Marinas. Winner will be determined by most releases.  In case of a tie, earliest last released fish wins. Rules Committee:  Chris Ferguson, Mark Noble, Sonny Rushing, and Chip Evans.
The Rules Committee will make final decision.

Tackle:  8-foot leaders maximum length.  Anglers may be assisted if necessary.
Legal Release is considered to be someone on board the boat touching the leader itself. If cameras are required, pictures must have Tournament ID card and fish clearly displayed to verify release. This will be determined at the captain’s meeting.

Fish may only be switched from one angler to another immediately after hookup. This will determine the angler.
We ask that all boats fish ethically and honestly, and to extend courtesy to all boats fishing in the tournament.

Morningstar Marinas is the Host marina and Golden Isles Charter Fishing Assoc., Inc. is the Event Holder. These two parties will not be held liable under any condition.

No Refunds.

One fishing day constitutes a tournament.

In case of inclement weather, an announcement will be made by VHF radio, Channel 10, at 6:30 a.m.

All boats are responsible for themselves and their party.
The choice remains up to the boat captain whether to fish or not on each tournament day.

In case of tournament cancellation due to bad weather, the Rules Committee will announce new dates.
